Neither of the collaborative lists is included, but otherwise the order of options appears faithful to the playlists listed at the left. If they can't get their act together, there's no point in continuing to use the service, and certainly not to continue to fund the incompetence behind its development and testing. There are literally thousands of people on their forums reporting the same issues week after week, and they continue to recycle the same answers (disable vpn, disable security, disable popup blocking, etc.) and then marking those bugs as "Fixed: Verified", when people come back and continue to report these issues are NOT being fixed. The PC is new and this issue didn't occur the first few weeks. I just added a song to a Collaborative Playlist using my Win 10 laptop, Spotify for Windows 1.1.74.631.g0b24d9ad.

I have never had this issue with my android and have used it for years on there. Mine stopped at 9sec every few songs at least on the web browser and PC app. I'm hesitant to say I have finally fixed this issue after weeks of trying to figure it out.
